A wonderful fermented chilli pepper from the Turkish town of Urfa. This chilli pepper is sun-dried and it is this preparation technique that best brings out its long-lasting flavour and gives this pepper its dark colour.
Perfect with soups, risottos, meat dishes, stews and fried aubergines.
