Smoked sea salt conjures up images of Vikings and invites the cook to experiment! Sea salt is gradually smoked over an open fire using beech wood. It has a strong, campfire-like aroma and a natural smoky flavour. Excellent for vegetables. It is wonderful when sprinkled liberally over meat before grilling.
