Description

This salt is well known for its large, pyramid-shaped crystals with a light and fluffy texture and the mild flavour typical of Mediterranean salts. The salt flakes are best sprinkled or mixed with spices. Ideal as table salt, it is easy to crush by hand, melts under the tongue and has a wonderful texture.
