Description
The Himalayan Salt Plate is used for both serving cold food and frying a variety of foods. It is used simply by placing the food (fish, seafood, meat, vegetables, etc.) on the plate and without additional salting, as the food absorbs the required amount of salt from the plate during cooking. The food is kept on the salt plate after baking depending on the saltiness you prefer, bearing in mind that keeping the food on the salt plate for too long may make it too salty. The plate can be used for cooking on a gas stove or on a grill (it can withstand heat up to 350°), and can also be used for serving cold foods (ice cream, cheese, fruit, vegetables, berries, etc.). When used for serving, the plate must be refrigerated for several hours before use.
