Description
Smoked sea salt conjures up images of the Vikings and encourages the cook to experiment! The sea salt is gradually smoked over an open fire using beech wood. It has a strong, campfire-like aroma and a natural smoky flavour. Excellent for vegetables. It is wonderful when sprinkled liberally over meat before grilling.
