This solar salt is mined in the Peruvian Andes. Inca Sun Salt is suitable for regular home cooking - the pale, cloudy pink crystals are complex in shape and light in flavour, with a firm crunch. It is perfect for salads and seafood, and when sprinkled on sliced, ripe tomatoes, the flavour is simply incomparable.
