Description

An extremely rare pepper, prized for its flavour and delicate aroma. The Banasura mountain pepper is native to a mountainous valley in India.

Natural conditions allow this extremely rare pepper tree to grow up to 12 metres high. The berries of the Banasura mountain pepper tree are spicy but also very aromatic.

Depending on the height of the Banasura pepper trees, harvesting is done by hand.

They are recommended for red meat, steaks and burgers.
