An aromatic pepper with a subtle spiciness. This pepper has distinct notes of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. This pepper is widely used for rubbing meat and goes well with combinations of lime, garlic, cinnamon, chilli and black peppercorns. We recommend them for red meat, poultry, soups and stews.
