Description
Cumeo peppers grow wild on shrubs up to 5 metres tall and are among the rarest peppers in the world. Cumeo peppers have a medium spiciness with notes of grapefruit, lime, pomelo and a subtle tongue tingle. This exceptional pepper goes well with Asian cuisine, fish, poultry, fruit desserts, cakes and cocktails. It is always recommended to be freshly ground on the dish at the end of cooking or during eating.
