Description
The smoky flavour of smoked sugar is given a smoky taste by Danish craftsmen using an old recipe. The sugar comes from Réunion, a volcanic island in the Indian Ocean. The caramel combines with the smoky aftertaste to give it a distinctive aroma. Use it to flavour coffee or hot chocolate by sprinkling a few crystals over milk foam. It is also suitable for flavouring a wide range of pastry products and cocktails.
