A long tradition of Michal Christina Øverland and her small family business on Gossen Island produces exceptional salt. This salt is extracted from the clean and cold depths of the Atlantic. "Havsno" means snow of the sea. This salt melts on the tongue like snow, is crunchy, fluffy and has a distinct salty taste. It is ideal for seasoning seafood, fish, pasta, salads, snacks and steaks.
